How it works

Contextual Activation

Step 1

Contextual Activation

The AI targets the exact article (Art. 11, 9, etc.) as soon as you open a field. Zero configuration, instant regulatory context.

Assisted Drafting

Step 2

Assisted Drafting

Intelligent drafting merging AI Act and GDPR requirements. Each suggestion cites applicable articles and recitals.

Audit-Ready

Step 3

Audit-Ready

Get a finalised text with its legal references and compliance evidence, ready to be inserted into your documentation.

PDF Export

Step 4

PDF Export

Generate your complete document in PDF format, structured and ready to be presented during an audit or sent to your partners.

Assistant and dashboard available in French, English, Spanish and German.

Contextual memory

The data thread across your documentation

Every piece of information entered intelligently enriches subsequent sections

Unlike a standard chatbot, our assistant builds a progressive knowledge graph. Technical, legal, and organizational data from section 1 automatically feeds suggestions in sections 4, 5, and 7.

Real-world example

1
Section 1 — Description

GCP Server (Iowa, USA)

4
Section 4 — Risks

⚠️ Non-EU transfer risk (Schrems II, Art. 44-49 GDPR) automatically identified.

Your documentation becomes a coherent ecosystem, not a stack of forms.

Frequently asked questions

Does the assistant replace a lawyer?
No. The assistant is a writing aid tool that accelerates work and reduces the risk of omissions. It does not constitute legal advice. That's why on each project, you can designate a DPO, a lawyer, or any other authorized reviewer. They can review each document section by section, leave targeted comments, and validate the document when it's ready for audit. This review loop ensures every deliverable is verified by an expert before export.
Which articles does the assistant rely on?
The assistant relies on the full text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, in particular Articles 9, 10, 11, 13, 26, 27, 47, 53 and 72, as well as Annexes IV, XI and XII. It also integrates relevant GDPR articles (Art. 22, 33-34, 35, 44-49).
How does cross-section memory work?
Every piece of information entered in a section is stored in a shared context. When you move to a subsequent section, the assistant accesses this context to adapt its suggestions. For example, the infrastructure type declared in section 1 influences the risks suggested in section 4.
Does the assistant take GDPR into account?
Yes. The assistant integrates GDPR dimensions relevant to the AI Act: impact assessment (Art. 35), automated decision-making (Art. 22), breach notification (Art. 33-34) and international transfers (Art. 44-49, Schrems II).
Is my data secure?
All your data is hosted exclusively on European servers (Clever Cloud, France). No transfers outside the EU. The generation AI uses Mistral AI, a French solution. Your form data is never used to train models.
Which modules are covered?
The assistant covers all 3 modules: Technical documentation (Art. 11 + Annex IV), GPAI (Art. 53) and Deployer (Art. 26-27). Each module has its own specific regulatory contexts and references.
