These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the aiacto platform.

1. Purpose
Purpose of these terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the aiacto platform, accessible at www.aiacto.eu (hereinafter "the Platform"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
aiacto is a compliance platform for Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (AI Act) that offers diagnostic tools, technical documentation generation and regulatory compliance assistance.
2. Definitions
Key terms used in these Terms
The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:
Publisher
PIERRE Jeremy, sole proprietor, operating the Platform under the trade name aiacto, SIRET 878 615 780 00029.
User
Any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform and uses its services, whether or not they have an account.
Account
The personal space created by the User on the Platform, providing access to paid features and allowing data to be saved.
Service
All functionalities offered by the Platform, including the AI Act diagnostic, documentation generation and document export.
Generated Content
Texts, documents and analyses produced by the Platform from information provided by the User, with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
Credit
Payment unit allowing generation of a complete compliance document under the pay-per-document offer.
3. Account Creation
Registration conditions and account management
3.1. Eligibility Conditions
Use of the Platform's paid features requires creating an account. The User must be a natural person of legal age and capacity, or a duly authorized representative of a legal entity. The AI Act diagnostic is accessible without creating an account.
3.2. Registration Process
The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. They are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and undertake to update it in case of changes.
3.3. Account Security
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all actions taken from their account. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the User must immediately inform the Publisher at contact@aiacto.eu.
4. Service Description
Features offered by aiacto
The aiacto Platform offers a suite of tools designed to help companies comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
Main Features
- ✓AI Act Diagnostic: questionnaire to identify the User's role and risk level of their AI system
- ✓Technical documentation generation: automated creation of documents compliant with Annex IV of the Regulation
- ✓Provider Module: complete technical documentation for AI system providers
- ✓GPAI Module: specific documentation for general-purpose AI model providers
- ✓Deployer Module: AI system registry and fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA)
- ✓PDF Export: generation of professional documents ready for audit
- ✓Multi-client management: for agencies and consultants managing multiple clients
Important : The Platform constitutes a compliance aid and does not provide legal advice. Generated documents must be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before any official use.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing terms and payment conditions
Access to certain Platform features is subject to payment. Current prices are displayed on the Platform's Pricing page.
Free Plan
Free and unlimited access to AI Act diagnostic, risk classification and obligation identification.
Monthly Subscriptions
Deployer (49 euros/month), Provider (149 euros/month) and GPAI (199 euros/month) subscriptions providing access to the corresponding documentation generation modules.
Pay-per-document Credits
Purchase of credits (1 credit = 29 euros, 5 credits = 119 euros, 10 credits = 199 euros) allowing document generation without subscription commitment. Credits never expire.
5.1. Payment Methods
Payments are made by credit card via our secure provider Stripe. The Publisher does not store any credit card data. Prices are shown in euros including all applicable taxes.
5.2. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.3. Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the prior express consent of the consumer. Used credits are non-refundable.
6. User Obligations
User responsibilities and commitments
By using the Platform, the User agrees to comply with these Terms and applicable legislation.
The User agrees to:
- ✓Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their AI system and activities
- ✓Use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose
- ✓Verify and validate generated documents before any official use
- ✓Respect the intellectual property rights of the Publisher and third parties
- ✓Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures
- ✓Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order
It is strictly prohibited to:
- ✗Use robots, scrapers or any automated process to access the Platform
- ✗Reproduce, copy or redistribute Platform content without authorization
- ✗Resell or commercialize generated documents as a competing service
- ✗Impersonate a third party or provide false information
- ✗Introduce viruses or malicious code onto the Platform
- ✗Attempt to access other Users' data
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright and usage licenses
The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.1. Platform Ownership
All elements of the Platform (structure, design, source code, databases, texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or are used under license. The following are notably protected:
- •The trade name "aiacto" and associated logo
- •The Platform architecture and design
- •Document templates and structures
- •Text generation prompts and algorithms
- •Editorial content (glossary, guides, articles)
7.2. User Content
The User retains full intellectual property rights to the information they enter into the Platform (AI system descriptions, company data, questionnaire responses).
7.3. Generated Documents
Compliance documents generated by the Platform belong to the User. The Publisher grants the User a license to use the templates and document structures for creating their own compliance documents, strictly within the scope of using the Service.
8. AI Generated Content
Disclaimers regarding automated generation
Documents generated by the Platform are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and constitute compliance assistance, not legal advice.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence models (Mistral AI) to generate regulatory compliance texts. The User acknowledges and accepts the inherent limitations of this technology.
AI Generation Limitations
- !Generated texts are based on information provided by the User and may contain inaccuracies
- !AI cannot guarantee the completeness or suitability of documents for the User's specific situation
- !Generated documents do not constitute legal advice and do not replace advice from a qualified professional
- !The User remains solely responsible for verifying, validating and using the documents produced
- !Documents must be reviewed by a legal expert before any submission to a supervisory authority
- !The Publisher does not guarantee that generated documents will be accepted by competent authorities
9. Liability Limitations
Scope and limits of Publisher liability
The Publisher makes every effort to ensure Service availability and quality, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.
- 1The Publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform
- 2The Publisher is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on generated documents
- 3The Publisher disclaims all liability for the final compliance of the User's AI system
- 4The Publisher does not guarantee that produced documents will be accepted by market surveillance authorities
- 5The Publisher is not liable for damages caused by viruses or cyber attacks
- 6The Publisher is not responsible for the content of third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks
Liability Cap
In any event, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or gross negligence by the Publisher.
10. Termination
Account closure conditions
10.1. Termination by User
The User can terminate their account at any time from their account settings or by sending a request to contact@aiacto.eu. Termination results in deletion of the account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
10.2. Termination by Publisher
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in case of:
- •Violation of these Terms
- •Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
- •Non-payment of amounts due
- •Provision of false or misleading information
- •Conduct detrimental to the image or operation of the Platform
10.3. Effects of Termination
Upon termination, the User loses access to their account and paid features. Unused credits are not refundable except in case of termination by the Publisher for reasons other than User fault.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Legal framework and dispute resolution
11.1. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any translation is provided for information purposes only, and only the French version is binding in case of dispute.
11.2. Competent Jurisdiction
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clermont-Ferrand (France), notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party claims.
11.3. Mediation
In accordance with applicable consumer law, consumer Users may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute. The European online dispute resolution platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Terms Modifications
Changes to terms of service
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial modifications by:
- •Email notification to the address associated with the account
- •Display of an information banner on the Platform
- •Update of the last modification date at the top of these Terms
Continued use of the Platform after notification of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. In case of disagreement, the User may terminate their account under the conditions set out in Article 10.
