Article 4 - Intellectual Property

4.1. Website Content

All elements comprising the Website (general structure, texts, template documents, interfaces, databases, software, graphics, images, sounds, videos, know-how, logos and trademarks) are the exclusive property of the publisher or are subject to authorization for use.

These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property laws, particularly the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

The name "aiacto", the logo and all associated distinctive signs are protected. Documents generated by the platform are working materials intended to facilitate compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). They must be validated by a qualified legal professional before any official use or submission to a supervisory authority.

5.1. Nature of the Service

The Website provides tools to assist in drafting technical documentation within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The publisher is not a law firm, certification body or notified body. It does not guarantee that generated documents comply with specific requirements applicable to each artificial intelligence system.

5.2. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness and updating of information they enter
  • Verification and validation of generated documents by qualified experts
  • Final compliance of their AI system with applicable regulatory requirements
  • The use they make of generated documents

5.3. Warranty Limitation

The Website and its content are provided "as is". The publisher does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, viruses or interruptions. The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the Website, its use, inability to access it or the use of generated documents.
