European Sovereignty
Your data never leaves the European Union
In a context of geopolitical tensions and growing technological dependency, aiacto makes the radical choice of an entirely European infrastructure. None of your data passes through American or extra-European servers.
Why digital sovereignty matters
Legal protection
The US Cloud Act allows American authorities to access data hosted by US companies, even in Europe. By choosing European providers, your data remains under EU jurisdiction.
Native GDPR compliance
No data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). No standard contractual clauses needed, no risk of invalidation like Schrems II.
Trust and transparency
Every link in our technical chain is European, auditable, and compliant with the most demanding market standards.
Our European infrastructure
Hosting
Paris, France
Application, PostgreSQL database, and logs hosted in Parisian datacentres. Clever Cloud is a French company founded in Nantes, ISO 27001 certified, and member of the European Gaia-X project.
Artificial intelligence
Paris, France
Regulatory documentation generation is powered by Mistral AI, the French leader in artificial intelligence. Models are developed and operated in Europe, ensuring your compliance data is never processed outside the EU.
Content Delivery Network (CDN)
European nodes only
Static content (images, scripts, styles) is distributed via Bunny CDN, configured to use only points of presence within the European Union. No personal data passes through the CDN.
Payment
Dublin, Ireland (EU)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., based in Ireland. Bank details never pass through our servers — only Stripe processes them in a PCI-DSS Level 1 environment.
