Authorised representative

Authorised representative means any natural or legal person established in the Union who has received and accepted a written mandate from a provider of an AI system or general-purpose AI model to act on their behalf for the purposes of discharging the obligations and procedures established by the regulation. The use of an authorised representative is mandatory for providers established outside the Union.
