CE marking

Art. 48Art. 49

CE marking is a conformity marking affixed to a high-risk AI system indicating that it satisfies the requirements of the regulation. It must be affixed visibly, legibly and indelibly before placing on the market. CE marking is required for all high-risk AI systems placed on the market or put into service in the Union.
