Minimal risk AI system

Minimal risk AI systems are those that do not fall under the high-risk category, prohibited practices or specific transparency obligations. They represent the vast majority of AI systems currently deployed in the Union. The regulation encourages the voluntary adoption of codes of conduct for such systems.
