High-risk AI system

Art. 6Annex IAnnex III

A high-risk AI system is a system referred to in Article 6 of the regulation, either because it constitutes a safety component of a product covered by Union harmonisation legislation listed in Annex I, or because it falls within one of the areas listed in Annex III. Such systems are subject to the most comprehensive set of obligations under the regulation.
