General-purpose AI system

A general-purpose AI system means an AI system based on a general-purpose AI model, that is capable of serving a variety of purposes, both for direct use and for integration into other AI systems. The provider of such a system must comply with both the obligations relating to the underlying model and those applicable to the AI system itself.
