Transparency obligation
The transparency obligation requires providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure that natural persons are informed that they are interacting with an AI system, unless this is obvious to a reasonably well-informed person. This obligation also extends to AI-generated content, including deep fakes and synthetic text.
