Fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA)

Art. 27

The fundamental rights impact assessment is an obligation imposed on deployers of high-risk AI systems that are bodies governed by public law or private entities providing public services. This assessment must be carried out before putting into service and must analyse the impact of the system on the fundamental rights of persons concerned.
